We specialise in generating content and advertising solutions for brands in the beauty, FMCG, fashion, ecommerce industries.

Our services include content production, advertising, and AI consulting, and we are soon to launch our automated AI application that will help clients manage their content production and advertising across Facebook & Instagram, TikTok, Google Advertising, and email marketing.

The role:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Account Manager & Digital Marketer to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and delivering outstanding advertising and content solutions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within an advertising agency.

You'll be collaborating with our creative strategists, media buyers, and editors, to ensure all deliverables are on point and deadlines are met for our growing roster of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.

  • Gain a deep understanding of clients' business goals and marketing objectives.

  • Collaborate with creative, digital, and media teams to develop and execute advertising & AI campaigns.

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful campaign delivery.

  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update clients on project progress and results.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and expanding services within existing accounts.

  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.

  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

  • Assist in new business development by contributing to pitches and proposals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account Manager, Client Liaison, or Client Project Manager in an advertising agency or creative production company.

  • Strong knowledge of advertising and or content and marketing principles

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects concurrently.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools.

  • Results-oriented with a focus on exceeding client expectations.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Creative problem-solving abilities.

Flexibility:

  • This will start as contract position. You'll be working from home on Singapore standard working hours, between 8am to 5pm.
