- Min. 2 year experience in Facebook Ads Manager managing campaigns in Facebook & Instagram
- Ability to analyse social media metrics for insights, trends and strategy development
- Assisting with social media performance reports
- Avid social media user — up on the latest trends on IG, FB, TikTok
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality ad campaigns
- Strong written & communication skills
- Ability to write for multiple personas on social media
- Some background in content production
- Experience in both creative content and media buying on social media is a plus

This role is a hybrid of A) creating content and B) launching and optimising this content as advertising campaigns for sales conversions and ROI in Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok (Media buying for ecommerce clients).
A) CREATING CONTENT
1. Develop creative briefs and copywriting concepts for content driven advertising campaigns for our ecommerce clients
2. Plans the realisation of a project from creative brief stage to campaign execution.
3. Take the high level creative direction from our lead strategist and conceptualise sales copy, develop briefs for creative output such as videos, photography, graphic design, animations, and landing pages.
4. Manage our creative department of video editors, and designers, to deliver these assets as ad campaigns online.
5. Manage photo and video shoots and liaise with our clients and freelancers to organise locations, talent, crew, and equipment.
B) ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & AD MANAGEMENT (MEDIA BUYING)
6. Be the face to face (face to zoom!) account manager to our clients, ensuring they get their questions answered and they feel supported with all their paid marketing that we manage for them.
7. Take the content you have produced with the creative team, and build advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok and spend client budgets according to our best practices for high converting ad campaigns.
8. Media Buying: Move budget to top performing ads, and cull budget from bottom performing ads, and optimise campaigns to keep return on advertising spend (ROAS) as high as possible for our clients.
9. Analyse current performance data from Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics and report on best performing assets and approaches and run split tests and other testing methods to continually improve client campaign performance.
10. Find ways to increase the clients spend and services with us while maintaining high returns for their business.
11. Undertake market research for clients and develop copywriting for campaigns that will engage the target audiences of our clients, and convert their attention into sales.
12. Understand modern marketing automation tech and customer pixel retargeting, and leverage its power for our clients.
13. Ensure the content post production queue is full for each client.

We provide full training including:
- How to manage new campaigns, what copywriting and content approaches have proven effective in the past
- How we research trends, identify motivations for customers, and differentiate our client's ads amongst all the other competitors to enable them to stand out and dominate their respective markets.
- Training in advertising platforms including Facebook, Google, Instagram, and YouTube. Marketing automation tools like Klaviyo, AutoPilot, and web applications like WordPress, Shopify, and all other associated reporting tools like Report Garden and Google Data Studio and project management tools like Asana.

You’ll be working from home initially for the short term, however as we expand the team, we’ll be leasing a space in centrally located co-working hub which you’ll work from and have the flexibility to work from home and the hub for up to 2 days per week.
