You get a thrill out of seeing different software integrate with each other seamlessly after you've set them up and develop automations and seeing charts move up in a hockey stick direction after changes and work you've done on an ad account.

At least 2 years experience in digital marketing.
Experience with running ads in Facebook/Instagram and Google Ads. Experience in running ads for Pinterest, Snapchat, and Tiktok is a BIG PLUS.
Ability to create analytics reports using tools that include Report Garden, Google Analytics/Data Studio and in-platform analytics
Experience in setting up and managing CRMS like Klaviyo, Hubspot and ActiveCampaign.
Experience in developing and implementing marketing automations using software like Zapier, Make or Go High Level.
Experience in customer support apps like Gorgias.
Experience working with Creative Strategists to produce content for marketing channels multi-media like photos, text, and videos. Some experience with Photoshop is required, and video editing is preferred
Working knowledge of Wordpress and or Shopify websites relevant to any advertising offer
Experience in digital marketing and project management
Ability to collate, organise, and analyse marketing data
Experience in building reports and provide insights
Experience using Asana for project management is preferred but not required
Experience in tracking and pixel setup
Experience in administration support and research
Highly professional, with great initiatives and independent
Other adhoc related tasks whenever required
Experience in working in a marketing agency is a PLUS

You will be responsible for building & managing advertising campaigns in Facebook/Instagram Ads, Tiktok Ads, and Google/Youtube, Pinterest, and keeping clients across what we're doing to generate them results, and keeping them updated.
You will analyse ad accounts across online channels and provide insights for A/B testing, landing page optimisation, account/campaign structure consolidation, and targeting
You will also be involved in various tasks within digital marketing scope including:
Landing Page creation
Website updates including Shopify and WooCommerce
Setting up CRMs like Klaviyo or Hubspot for clients.
Email marketing and marketing automation relevant to advertising promos that we will be doing for the client
Pixel installation and other tracking setup
B2B Lead Generation
Assist in content production when needed
Understand modern marketing automation tech and customer pixel retargeting, and leverage its power for our clients.
Analyse current performance data and report on best performing assets and approaches and run split tests and other testing methods to continually improve client campaign performance.

We provide full training on the latest digital media buyer strategies including, Facebook, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant paid media channels.
How to manage and implement email and marketing automation for maximum performance.
How we research trends and identify patterns and insights in large datasets and be trained in the latest practices and winning strategist in rapidly changing digital marketing landscape.
You'll learn other marketing automation tools like Klaviyo, Hubpsot, ActiveCampaign and web applications like WordPress, Shopify, and all other associated reporting tools like Report Garden and project management tools like Asana.

This will start as a full-time contract position for 6 months with an opportunity for full-time permanent employment.. You'll be working from home on Singapore standard working hours, from 8am to 5pm.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in digital advertising industry.
Hold a Polytechnic Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree (or higher)
Knowledge of Advertising and media concepts is preferred
Knowledge in digital advertising will be an advantage.
Excellent communication skills – both in oral and written English
